The Paragon Bridges model is based on collaboration with our business partners to create success and overcome roadblocks. Our goal is to work with implementation partners, not to take over their process but, to help in one area, data migration. Our expertise in this area is put to work to help solve particular needs and to keep project timelines on track.
In addition, our model requires the participation of the merchant to help map what exists in the legacy system(s) to what will be created in Oracle. This not only helps maintain the sense of team work and “buy in” that is essential to any project, but helps to create the future subject matter experts (SME) for the corporation.
